Our office crew have extensive knowledge and experience with tracking down some of the worlds most unique and exotic motor vehicles. This is what helps us create those many iconic scenes that all car fans love to see in movies.
The P.V.L fabricating team have the knowledge and equipment to build customs chassis and frames for projects, or modify existing vehicles extensively. Roll cage installations, sheet metal work and stunt preparation of vehicles are just some of the many areas in which we excel.
Our in house fabricators have the luxury of CNC cutting & folding machines, Extensive Welding Plant equipment and a fully equipped engineering workshop which means we don’t have to rely heavily on outside contractors when chasing the tight deadlines that we’ve become so used to! Not relying on third parties gives our team a huge time & cost-efficient advantage whilst preparing our materials ‘in house’. It is for this reason we have invested so heavily in state of the art equipment which can be made available to any project in which we engage.
Our team of dedicated engineers excel in designing components and complete vehicles which can then be made into reality. This includes CAD, Reverse Engineering & prototype development.
Our R&D suite is furnished with state of the art equipment such as 3D Scanning Equipment, 3D Printers, diverse CAD & CAM Programmes/ Software.
Our office can assist in planning and executing the movements of vehicles worldwide. Our relationships with some of the U.K’s major transport & shipping companies combined with our own fleet of transport vehicles puts us in a unique position to serve your project.
P.V.L operate a fleet of vehicles which include covered & uncovered multi car lorries, multiple standby vans & support vehicles and a fully functioning mobile workshop/office unit.
Whether a vinyl wrap is required to disguise an original colour or a full custom spray job, this is part of our day to day routine in the movie world. With access to a fully functional commercial spray booth allows us endless possibilities to transform vehicles within very short time scales and to specific budgets. Our graphics team benefits from the use of CNC Plotters, Large format printers and an application table which means we can take on and provide all vehicle graphic requirements in house.

With a growing shift of manufacturers developing electric vehicles, specific staff are EV trained which allows our team to undertake projects involving electric vehicles. The workshop is kitted in a manner which allows us to repair and build vehicle wiring looms and install/repair other electrical systems including high voltage drivetrains.
Our workshop is prepared with current Dealer level software for diagnostics and fault finding.
We are proud to be working with numerous motorsport teams providing them with high quality components for their machines which we manufacture from our facilities. Our staff regularly work with motorsport teams to help them bolster their squad with our highly experienced motorsport technicians and consultants. Our transport fleet can also be utilised to move race cars across Europe to events.
